Best CE options for museum lighting

Looking to spend upcoming CE hours on courses that genuinely elevate gallery atmosphere while lowering load. Has anyone found solid programs — IES TM‑30 workshops, DLC LUNA content, or controls deep dives (DALI/tunable white) — that balance conservation limits (e.g., paper at 50 lux) with accurate color rendering, and go beyond vendor fluff? I’m piloting 2700–3500K tunable track heads with wireless occupancy/daylight sensors in a 2,400 sq ft gallery and want material that links spectral rendering to energy savings we can meter.

IES’s TM‑30 advanced sessions were the most useful — paired with the DALI Alliance DT8/tunable white module, they gave us a “Goldilocks” target (Rf ≥90, Rg about 98–102 at 2700–3500K) and scene scheduling to hold paper at 50 lx without the gallery looking flat; DLC LUNA is helpful but mostly outdoor, so cherry‑pick the SPD guidance. As a next step, mock up two TM‑30‑optimized SPDs and log lux‑hours to validate your curves; primer here: https://www.ies.org/standards/committee-reports/ies-method-for-evaluating-light-source-color-rendition/.
