Before cameras roll for the River Stories exhibit on Thursday at 9:00 a.m., we’re inviting 15 community voices to test the gallery flow and share first impressions. If you’re comfortable on record and available for a 45-minute walk-through, comment here by Tuesday so I can coordinate badges and press timing.
Available for Thursday 9:00 a.m.; from past walk-throughs, if we’re ‘on record’ in echo-y halls, it helps to give answers near fabric or a banner instead of open tile to keep voices clean. If the 45-minute flow gets crowded, I’ll take notes and circle back to any tight spots rather than talk over footsteps.
I can make the 9:00 slot; quick tip from past previews: start your first answer with ‘name, role’ so lower-thirds and logs stay clean — saves the editors from detective work. If that feels too stiff, phonetic spellings on badges do the trick.
Quick tip I use on walk-throughs: give a two-beat pause before and after your answer so editors can grab clean ‘room tone’; if @RiverStories is moving fast, one beat works. I tried this at the ‘Harbor Lights’ preview and it saved a messy cut near a glass case.
