Shape our 2026 community exhibit

Next Thursday at 6 pm in the South Gallery, we’re hosting an open design session to align our 2026 community exhibit with what matters in your neighborhoods. As we finalize the museum’s three-year strategy, I want this community at the table to set clear priorities and partnerships. If you can’t attend, weigh in here on what success should look like — and which voices we must include.

Offer childcare at ‘6 pm in the South Gallery’; our PTA turnout doubled; otherwise share a recording. https://www.participatorymuseum.org/.

At our neighborhood mural night, turnout jumped when we put $5 transit cards and a few parking vouchers at check-in; at a 6 pm start, that brought in parents and shift workers who usually say ‘I can’t swing the ride.’ If funds are tight, even a simple first-hour validation near the South Gallery helps.
